Lindsay Lohan may be facing legalities yet again. This time she just may not be at fault. Paparazzi has filed a hit and run complaint from two years ago.

The thing about this complaint is that Lindsay was the passenger in a car that allegedly hit the paparazzi. I’m not a lawyer so I can’t say for certain, however I would think that it would actually be the driver and not Lindsay who is at fault. Also who’s to say that the paparazzi didn’t somehow or another create the accident. After all they have been known to go to extremes.

Remember the Princess Diana incident? The incident where the paparazzi chased her car through a tunnel, witnessed a crash and then continued to take pictures of her lying there dying. That is certainly the extreme of paparazzi actions, however they have always been known to go too far. This is why I question this lawsuit. Could this paparazzi been so intent on getting his dirt photograph that he inadvertently without caution caused his own accident?

There’s also the ideal that it took 2 years to suddenly reach a point of filing charges against Lindsay. If I had been the victim in a hit and run, I think I would have found a lawyer right after the incident and not two years later. Of course there just might be an explanation for this two year delay. Two years ago Lindsay was already beginning to decline and was suffering through criminal difficulties that had required paid lawyer fees, in contrast today she has the profits of her famous Playboy shoot and just may have the opportunity to be cast as Liz Taylor in an upcoming Lifetime movie.
